Support Hours
- Monday – Saturday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Istanbul time, GMT+3)
- Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00 (Istanbul time, GMT+3)
During these hours, we aim to respond to all inquiries within 2–4 hours. Outside of these hours, we'll get back to you first thing the next morning.
Urgent Issues on the Day of Your Visit
If you're at the museum right now and need immediate help:
- Check your e-ticket — your guide's phone number and our support number are both listed there.
- Call us directly — for time-sensitive issues (can't find meeting point, ticket not working, guide missing), calling is faster than email.
- WhatsApp us — send a message with your booking reference and a brief description of the issue.
