Finding Your Meeting Point

Where to Find Your Meeting Point
Your meeting point details are included in two places:
- Confirmation email — scroll to the "Where to go" or "Meeting point" section.
- E-ticket / voucher — the meeting point address, a Google Maps link, and guide contact information are all on your e-ticket.
For Self-Guided Museum Tickets
If you booked a standard entry ticket (not a guided tour), your meeting point is simply the museum entrance. Look for:
- Museum main entrance — the address on your e-ticket corresponds to the main visitor entrance.
- Ticket/entry line — with a skip-the-line ticket, look for the "e-ticket" or "online ticket" queue, which is usually separate from and shorter than the general admission line.
For Guided Tours
If you booked a guided tour, your meeting point may be different from the museum entrance:
- Specific location — your guide may wait at a landmark, café, or designated meeting point near the museum.
- Guide identification — your e-ticket will describe how to identify your guide (name, company name, or what they'll be wearing/holding).
- Guide contact — their phone number and/or WhatsApp is on your e-ticket. Save it in your phone before arriving.
Can't Find the Meeting Point?
- Open the Google Maps link on your e-ticket for exact navigation.
- Call or WhatsApp your guide (for guided tours).
- Ask a local — Istanbul locals are generally very helpful and most speak basic English in tourist areas.
Contact us — our details are on your e-ticket and at Contact Us.
Istanbul Navigation Tips
- Download Google Maps offline for Istanbul before your trip — mobile data can be unreliable in crowded areas.
- Most major museums are in the Sultanahmet (Fatih) district and are within walking distance of each other.
- Taxis in Istanbul use meters. Always ask the driver to start the meter or agree on a price before departing.
