Payment Methods

All payments on museumticket.istanbul are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Apple Pay — available on Safari, iOS, and macOS devices
• Google Pay — available on Chrome and Android devices

All major international cards are accepted. Your card must be authorized for online and international transactions.

Payment Security

• PCI DSS Level 1 — Stripe holds the highest level of payment security certification in the industry.
• We never see your card details — your payment information is transmitted directly to Stripe's servers. We only receive confirmation that the payment was successful.
• 3D Secure — for additional protection, your bank may require 3D Secure verification (a one-time code sent to your phone).
• Encrypted connection — all data is transmitted over TLS/SSL encrypted connections.

Payment Not Going Through?

If your payment is declined, try the following:

1. Check your card settings — ensure online and international purchases are enabled in your banking app.
1. Try a different card — some banks are stricter with international transactions.
1. Use Apple Pay or Google Pay — these often bypass card-specific restrictions.
1. Contact your bank — they may have flagged the transaction for security reasons and can authorize it.
