Automatic Receipt

Your booking confirmation email serves as your proof of payment. It includes:

• Full amount charged (in EUR)
• Payment method (card type and last 4 digits)
• Booking reference number
• Date and time of purchase
• Breakdown of visitors (adults, children)

Need a Formal Receipt?

If you need a standalone receipt or proof of payment for:

• Expense reporting — for business travel reimbursement
• Insurance claims — for travel insurance purposes
• Personal records — for your financial records

Email us at [email protected] with your booking reference. We'll send you a formal payment confirmation document within 24 hours.

VAT Invoice

Authentic Day Tour, LLC is a US-based company operating as a marketplace facilitator. We do not charge VAT on bookings and therefore do not issue VAT invoices.

If you require a VAT invoice from the museum or venue operator for tax purposes, please contact us and we'll provide guidance on how to request one from the relevant venue.

Stripe Payment Record

Since all payments are processed through Stripe, you'll also see a charge from "MUSEUMTICKET.ISTANBUL" or "AUTHENTIC DAY TOUR" on your bank or credit card statement. This can serve as additional proof of payment.
