Changed your mind about which museum to visit? No problem — you can exchange your booking for a different museum directly from your account. No email needed, no waiting.

How to Exchange (Self-Service)

1. Go to your Tickets page and find the booking you want to change.
1. Tap on the booking to open the details.
1. Tap "Change Museum" — this opens the museum selection screen where you can browse or search all available museums.
1. Select a new museum — you'll see real-time availability. Pick your preferred date and time slot.
1. Review the change — a preview screen shows your current booking, the new museum, and any price difference.

Your updated e-ticket with the new museum is sent to your email and WhatsApp immediately.

Price Adjustments

• More expensive — you pay the difference via secure Stripe payment during the change process.
• Same price — no additional payment needed, the change is instant.

Eligibility

• More than 24 hours before — changes are always available, subject to availability of the new museum.
• Less than 24 hours — changes are possible only if you haven't opened or viewed your e-ticket yet.
• After the experience — changes are not available once the scheduled time has passed.
