How to Cancel Your Booking

You can cancel your booking directly from your account, or by contacting us. Self-service is the fastest way.
Option 1: Self-Service Cancellation (Fastest)
- Go to your Tickets page.
- Find the booking you want to cancel.
- Tap on the booking to open the details.
- Tap "Cancel Booking" — you'll see a confirmation screen with your refund amount.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Your cancellation is processed instantly and a confirmation email is sent immediately.
Option 2: Cancel via Email
If you prefer, send a cancellation request to [email protected] with:
- Booking reference — the code from your confirmation email (e.g., MT-2026-XXXXX)
- Email address — the one you used during checkout
We'll process it and send a confirmation within 2 hours during business hours.
Before You Cancel
- Check your cancellation policy — cancellations within 24 hours of the experience are not eligible for a refund.
- Consider rescheduling instead — change the date for free, right from your Tickets page.
- Consider exchanging — switch to a different museum, also self-service.
After Cancellation
- Cancellation confirmation — sent to your email immediately.
- Refund processing — initiated instantly, arrives within 3–5 business days (sometimes up to 10 for international cards).
- E-ticket voided — your QR code will no longer work at the museum entrance.
